Job Overview: As a key member of the BestForexBonus compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's Derivatives activities are in line with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, and lead a team of compliance professionals to administer these programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in overseeing Derivatives activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a compliance team to administer compliance and supervision programs related to Derivatives and other activities.
  • Work closely with the CCO to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures related to Derivatives activities.
  • Report on progress and overall status of compliance to Senior Management and the Board of Directors.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Derivatives activities.
  • Proven experience in compliance leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
