About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials

Design and create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content, to showcase our services and products.

Hire, Train, Direct and Motivate Staff

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.

Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures

Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

Direct and Evaluate Establishments and Departments

Oversee the development and implementation of communication strategies and information programs across various departments.

Supervise and Evaluate Team Performance

Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in MS Office and other marketing software.

Area of Specialization

Advertising, Market Research, and Sales.
