Job Title: Rigger - Construction

We are seeking a skilled Rigger - Construction to join our team at Mt. Lehman Leasing Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Rigger - Construction will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt. The successful candidate will also assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, and leveling earth to fine grade specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Paving and raking asphalt
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment:

The Rigger - Construction will work outdoors in an urban area, with a physically demanding job that requires manual dexterity and the ability to handle heavy loads.

Requirements:
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language
