Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairstylist to join our team at The Rayhan's Haircut. As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, trimming, and styling hair according to their preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their hair needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for hair care services.
  • Hairstyling Services: Cut, trim, and style hair using various techniques and tools, including scissors, clippers, and chemicals.
  • Shampooing and Conditioning: Shampoo and condition clients' hair using various products and techniques.
  • Beard and Mustache Services: Shave and trim beards and mustaches using various techniques and tools.
  • Additional Services: Provide additional hair services, such as waving, straightening, and tinting, as well as scalp conditioning massages.
  • Clean and Style Wigs and Hair Pieces: Clean and style wigs and hair pieces using various techniques and tools.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the hairstyling industry.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking work environment.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
  • Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, reliability, and team player.
