Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
  1. Leading a team of 35 people comprising Solutions Developers, Designers, and Technical Team Leads.
  2. Ensuring defined practices meet corporate and customer needs.
  3. Providing skilled and knowledgeable personnel to delivery areas.
  4. Ensuring that personnel are engaged and informed.
  5. Developing existing personnel to meet delivery needs.
  6. Acquiring new personnel to meet delivery demand.
  7. Providing day-to-day coaching and development to team members.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:
  1. 10+ years of IT-related experience is required with direct experience in related technologies and/or disciplines.
  2. 5-10 years experience in a leadership position with total accountability for the day-to-day people management of a large number of direct reports.
  3. Completed university degree or college diploma is required.
  4. Experience working in a start-up environment would be considered an asset as the ability to live with and clarify ambiguity is often required.
  5. Previous experience building successful teams is highly regarded.
