About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional face-to-face service to ATB clients. You will identify client needs, match them with suitable products and solutions, and educate them on our digital tools.

Key Accountabilities
  • Deepen relationships with clients by understanding their needs and goals
  • Transform the client experience by introducing them to experts and educating them on our digital resources
  • Maintain and build client relationships through optimum customer service
  • Develop internal partner relationships with other departments to support branch operations
  • Process cash and clearing transactions, adhering to current policies
  • Participate in branch team meetings and provide coaching to other CSR's as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A creative approach to teamwork and flexibility
  • An ability to adapt to change, make decisions, and implement solutions
  • Grade 12 or equivalent, preferably supplemented by post-secondary business courses
  • A demonstrated ability to work with numbers
  • Customer service and/or sales experience is required
