About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled administration professional to join our team in a key role that involves providing administrative support to the logistics operations.
Job DescriptionIn this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be involved in carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, co-ordinating and planning for office services, assisting in the preparation of operating budget, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
You will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, you will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures
- Establish Work Priorities and Ensure Deadlines Are Met
- Carry Out Administrative Activities
- Co-ordinate Office Services
- Assist in Budget Preparation

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background and relevant experience in administration. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication skills, and written communication skills. A valid driver's licence and a criminal record check will also be required.

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
