Baker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Alberta Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
  • Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to promote and sell baked goods.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
