Join Our Team as a Clinical Coordinator at Snore MD

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Snore MD, a world-class sleep clinic with locations in British Columbia and Alberta. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sleep apnea patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage patient referrals and coordinate bookings
  • Communicate and report with allied healthcare professional teams, such as doctors and specialists
  • Manage clinic operations, including receiving inventory and processing sleep test equipment
  • Support with insurance paperwork

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required

  • Medical experience as a medical office assistant or physio/optometry/sleep clinic
  • Rock-solid reliability, strong organization skills, and exceptional attention to detail
