Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration as an RN with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Five years' recent related clinical nursing experience which includes ambulatory care or community health service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the historic and ongoing impacts of settler colonialism and systemic racism on Indigenous Peoples within social and health contexts.
