About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Peak Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining a directory of supplies and trade contractors, as well as reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of commercial and industrial construction projects
  • Estimate project costs and develop detailed project plans
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in commercial and industrial construction
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
