**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacist to join our team at our Saint-Lambert location. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each customer.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication lists and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients with complex medical needs.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and medication management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (or Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid permit to practice pharmacy in the province of Quebec.
