In this role, you will provide exceptional service in support of our company's mission, core values, standards, and goals.

You will be primarily responsible for clearing away dirty dishes, setting tables, and serving as an assistant to Restaurant Servers.

Your duties will include:

  • - Clears and resets counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
  • - Assists dining room waiters in the food and beverage service, sets tables, serves guests as directed by the waiter, keeps menus clean, and cleans tables between servings.
  • - Assists with providing tables with beverages.
  • - Removes solid linens and replaces them with clean linen.
  • - Transports dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
  • - Polishes silver and glass as needed.
