We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc., where you will play a key role in the development of our enterprise metadata repository, Universal Catalog. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to support, train, and increase user adoption of the catalog.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with data management and governance concepts, including metadata fundamentals, and a global mindset to comprehend the impacts of solutions being built for an enterprise product. Additionally, they should have 10+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, translating them into technical requirements, and providing UI/UX artifacts like wireframes.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing the long-term data and analytics vision and contributing to the development of the Bank's optimal data and analytics search experience. You will also have the opportunity to make an impact in the digital transformation of Scotiabank, working across business lines, function groups, and technology areas where data and analytics plays a critical role.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, as well as opportunities for annual performance incentives based on performance thresholds, a benefits program, and continuing education programs.
