About the Role

As a Risk Management Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to meet sales targets by providing quotes and referring new business to customers via phone, in-person, and email. You will also assist customers with purchasing their home and auto policies, manage customer relationships, and meet insurance sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email.
  • Assist customers with purchasing their home and auto policies.
  • Manage and build customer relationships.
  • Meet insurance sales targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we provide applicable training for the right candidate.
  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role.
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset.
