About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex projects in the design, development, and implementation of nuclear energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project lifecycles from proposal to implementation, ensuring timely completion and successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost baselines, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee and direct the authoring of project documents, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and resolve conflicts and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • College Diploma or University Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, such as Project Management, Engineering, Business, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a project manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, or I&C components for nuclear power plants.
  • PMP certificate is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Project Management (PMBOK) and MS Project or Primavera.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
