Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Manager to join our team at Positivenergy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of energy storage projects, including equipment specifications, procurement, and factory acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Development: Develop and implement project plans, including creating equipment specifications, procurement, and factory acceptance testing of batteries, inverters, and other equipment associated with energy storage projects.
  2. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to construction and startup personnel during construction and commissioning.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
  1. Energy Storage Expertise: Strong experience with energy storage in utility-scale and large industrial facilities, including design types such as battery technology/chemistry selection, battery sizing, one-line development, site arrangements, inverter selection, cable ampacity calculations, grounding, protective relaying, and associated systems design.
  2. Technical Expertise: 7 years of electrical engineering experience, with EPC project experience preferred.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
