About the Role: As a Speech Language Pathologist at Closing the Gap, you will have the flexibility to build a schedule that suits your needs. You will work independently with clients, providing assessments in their home settings and utilizing standardized assessment tools. This is an excellent opportunity for Speech Language Pathologists who value independence and flexibility in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based services to adult clients, including assessments and therapy sessions.
- Partner with clients' family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
- Utilize standardized assessment tools to inform treatment decisions.
- Build a schedule that works for you, with the flexibility to work face-to-face or virtually.

Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Flexible and good organizational skills.
- Multi-lingual language skills are an asset.
