We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Ehatare Retirement and Nursing Home.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
