Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customers are pleasantly welcomed and assisted with their shopping needs.
  • Share product knowledge and provide advice to customers on liquor products.
  • Process sales transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Receive, unpack, and display merchandise in a visually appealing manner.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as AGLC regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age.
  • Valid ProServe certification.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous retail experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. consecutively, as there will be offloading of pallets.
