Nurse Practitioner

The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, providing exceptional patient care and support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement personalized care plans for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
• Administer medications and provide wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing interventions as required
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes
