We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Balaji Foods Ltd. as a Kitchen Operations Manager. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Implement quality control measures to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week is required.
