Spiritual Guidance Counselor

We are seeking a qualified Spiritual Guidance Counselor to join our team at Bridges of Canada Inc.

The successful candidate will provide spiritual support and guidance to individuals in a correctional facility setting. This is a unique opportunity for a bilingual professional to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

• Conduct religious services and administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals
• Promote spirituality through sermons, talks, and other activities
• Perform administrative tasks and office duties

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience working in a correctional facility or similar setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Efficient judgment and decision-making skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. As a permanent employee, you will also receive benefits as per our collective agreement.

• Hours: 3-14 hours per month
