Key Responsibilities:

- Develop accurate demand forecasts based on sales data, seasonality, and promotional cycles
- Set reorder points & safety stock levels to prevent overstock or stockouts
- Adjust forecasts dynamically based on sales trends, supplier delays, and shipping constraints
- Manage inventory sourcing from multiple suppliers (China & Vietnam)
- Optimize purchase orders (POs) based on updated forecasts and supplier capacity
- Monitor supplier performance and adjust plans accordingly to mitigate risks (delays, tariffs, logistics issues)

Requirements:

- 3+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management (preferably in e-commerce or consumer products)
- Experience managing multi-supplier inventory across China & international locations
- Expertise in e-commerce supply chains (Amazon, Shopify, DTC)
- Strong data analysis skills (Airtable, Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI)
- Familiarity with inventory planning tools (e.g., Inventory Planner, ForecastRx, NetSuite)
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, sourcing, marketing)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions quickly
