About the Role:

Crest Hotel is seeking a skilled Dishroom Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in our dishroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all dishroom equipment, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Scour pots and pans.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
