At NVA Canada, we are committed to providing final-year veterinary technician students with the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The VT Practicum Program is designed to help students develop their clinical skills in patient care, laboratory procedures, anesthesia, surgical assistance, radiology, and more. By working alongside experienced veterinarians and RVTs, students can enhance their communication abilities with medical teams and clients, preparing them for a successful career as an RVT.

We offer flexible practicum options ranging from two to eight weeks, allowing students to fit their schedule and career goals. Eligible students can receive a stipend to help with travel expenses, enabling them to focus on learning without financial worries.
