About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Nagra Frontline Rebar & Damp Proofing. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Erect and Dismantle Structures: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix and Apply Materials: Mix and pour materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in their application.
  • Assist in Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, under the supervision of a qualified professional.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the site is safe and well-maintained.
  • Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from the site, and assist in the disposal of waste materials.
  • Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near the construction site, ensuring the safety of workers and the public.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: The Construction Laborer will work outdoors, at heights, underground, and in confined spaces. The role will also involve working in noisy environments.
  • Work Setting: The Construction Laborer will work on construction sites, which can be physically demanding and require long hours.
