About the Role

You will work closely with a cross-functional group of designers, product managers, and developers to identify upcoming decisions that require research inputs. Your responsibilities will include proposing methodologies, carrying out fieldwork, analyzing results, and socializing implications to ensure seamless collaboration throughout each step of the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the design team to foster effective communication and coordination.
  • Prioritize potential research activities in collaboration with designers and business stakeholders to align with organizational objectives.
  • Design and execute research fieldwork approaches (moderated or unmoderated) that address both business and design requirements.
