About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team at LEONREST GENERAL CONTRACTING LTD. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing rope access work in a variety of settings, including industrial and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: You will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification in rope access.
  • Work Site Environment: You will work in a variety of environments, including outdoors, and will be exposed to dangerous, dusty, hot, noisy, and wet/damp conditions.
  • Work Setting: You will work on-site with customers and will be required to travel to various locations.
  • Certifications and Licenses: You will hold an Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification.
  • Security and Safety: You will undergo a criminal record check and will be required to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: You will have a client-focused approach, be organized, and be a team player.
  • Experience: Experience in rope access is an asset.
