Job Title: Project Manager

Xentek is seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals and objectives.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory management.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including conflict resolution and monitoring and evaluating performance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and Google Drive.
  • Project management software.
  • Experience in project management.
