We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Ikendale Farms Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of animals on the farm
- Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Implement and enforce bio-security procedures to protect the farm and its livestock
- Maintain accurate records of farm production and quality control
- Oversee breeding and livestock-related programs, as well as crop-related operations
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties as required
- 1-2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
