As a Meat Cutter Specialist, you'll be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for our retail service case, providing superior customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality and cleanliness in our store.

• Train with a Meat Cutter to learn how to cut meat for retail service case.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support Farm Boy's vision of delivering the best fresh shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance.

• 1+ year of related experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Superior customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

This role requires the ability to wear protective clothing, lift heavy objects, stand and walk for long periods, and work in a cold environment.
