Parts Clerk Supervisor

CSN Whitehorse is seeking a skilled Parts Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parts inventory and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize inventory management.
- Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Sell spare and replacement parts to customers.
- Process incoming requisitions and maintain records on inventory control systems.
- Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to team members.
- Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
- Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as required.
- Prepare and track work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
