The Director of Sales and Marketing position at Holiday Inn Kingston-Waterfront is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales efforts. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a dynamic sales team, develop and implement marketing strategies, and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve established sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to achieve revenue growth and sales objectives.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and resources to ensure success.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to establish pricing and selling strategies, and maximize revenue.
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform sales and marketing decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel partners and industry leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to the General Manager and other stakeholders.
- Diploma in Hotel Management Studies or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and sales objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
