Appliance Sales Specialist

At Home Depot of Canada Inc., we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Appliance Sales Specialists. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in the Appliance and Custom Kitchen Show Rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out customers on the sales floor to offer assistance and guidance
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customer needs and preferences
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Assist customers with special orders and install sales
• Communicate with Inventory Associates and Freight/Fulfillment Team as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum time in position and performance management code requirements of V2 (or P3 in previous system)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of and adherence to Home Depot policies and procedures
• Proven ability to close sales and provide exceptional customer service
• Successfully pass the validated Sales Associate Test
• Successfully complete any required training
