We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team at J-A-P TRAILER SERVICES INC.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional support to our team members by coordinating information flow, managing mail distribution, and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to electronic inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other important information to inform business decisions.
  • Address employee questions and complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to optimize efficiency.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents with precision.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
