Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Learning Business Partner, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and impactful learning programs using instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. You will utilize various learning modalities to deliver scalable training solutions, develop training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessment tools to support learning initiatives. Furthermore, you will implement learning technology platforms and tools to enhance training effectiveness and monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. You must have 5+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or a related HR role. Certification in instructional design, coaching, or leadership development is an asset. You will also need to demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
