Key Responsibilities:- Provide legendary service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Procure sales opportunities by upgrading and bundling coverage for personal lines clients.
- Communicate with clients through various channels to process policy changes and provide professional advice.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and renewals.
- Provide quotations and estimates to clients, and record changes or adjustments.
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required.
- Act as a liaison between clients, McDougall Insurance and Financial, and insurance companies, balancing interests and ensuring trust.
- Assist in the collection of accounts receivable and other tasks as required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
