Job Summary

Premier Truck Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Truck Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating assigned territories and accounts to meet or exceed sales goals for heavy duty trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell, buy, and trade trucks to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
  • Prospect and grow new accounts, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by Premier Truck Group
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in Business or a related field is preferred
  • A minimum of three years' experience in truck sales is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret truck specification lists and technical bulletins
  • Ability to demonstrate extensive product knowledge to customers and staff
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience
  • Knowledge of financial accounting, sales, credit, and insurance, as well as state and federal regulations
