As our Groundskeeper - Horticulture Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's gardens and golf course sites, showcasing the natural beauty of our surroundings.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper - Horticulture Specialist. This is a full-time seasonal position that will run until October 31st, with hourly rates increasing after 6 months and yearly up to three years. The starting pay rate is $19.95 per hour, which would increase to $25.80 per hour after three years.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Promote a professional and friendly image through engaging service and consistent greetings
  • Groom and tend to gardens, ensuring high aesthetic quality throughout the hotel property
  • Operate mechanical and power equipment for ornamental plant maintenance
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations under the supervision of the Senior Gardener

To succeed in this role, you should have knowledge of ornamental plants, shrubs, and trees adapted to the region, along with experience or skills in basic gardening or horticulture-related areas. A valid Class 5 Driver's license with a clean record is also required.
