About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Swim Instructor/Lifeguard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality leisure programs and ensuring the safety of our military members and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels
  • Supervise pool activities and ensure the safety of swimmers
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations
  • Design and implement aquatic programs for various groups, including seniors and children
  • Motivate and support students to reach their full potential
Requirements
  • Current National Lifeguard Service (NLS) certification
  • Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
  • Current recognized Swim Instructor certification
  • Experience in dealing with the public, including children
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Observational and communication skills
