About the Role

The Self-Assessment/Quality Assurance Specialist is a key member of our ICHSC Team, responsible for assessing organizations that offer community surgical and diagnostics services. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare system, quality improvement principles, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Review and evaluate self-assessments submitted by designated centers.
  2. Sample and shadow on-site inspections to ensure compliance with our assessment process.
  3. Provide guidance and support to assessors regarding program assessment content.
  4. Track feedback from internal and external stakeholders into organized documentation.
  5. Contribute to the development of training materials and product resources.

What You'll Need:

  • University degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field.
  • 3+ years of clinical healthcare experience with a focus in diagnostic imaging services.
  • Current Registration with Jurisdictional Regulatory Body.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
