About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Sales Associate to join our team at Dulux / Betonel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including paint and supply products, to effectively advise customers and make recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge, with the ability to stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and stock products, as required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
