About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Peak Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
  • Analyze blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to estimate project costs
  • Utilize MS Excel and MS Word to create detailed estimates and reports
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost estimates
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
