About the Role:

BC Ltd is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, batters, and icings. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure the highest quality products meet our established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters.
  • Prepare special orders.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Draw up production schedules.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
  • Operate machinery.

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
