This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Unit Supervisor in a child and youth care setting. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring the safety and security of our young people and staff, and providing guidance and support to our team of youth workers.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and manage the daily operations of the unit, including treatment plan strategies and case management.
- Ensure the safety and security of young people and staff through facilitating, monitoring, and maintaining both dynamic and static security on campus.
- Provide interventions in response to managing acting out/pain-based youth behavior.
- Perform performance planning and absence management for a team of youth workers.
We are seeking a candidate with a university degree in social sciences and several years of experience in child and youth care treatment programs. You should have demonstrated abilities in a leadership role, including providing individual and group supervision of staff, direction, guidance, coaching, and modeling on effective youth care interventions.

This is a full-time position that requires rotating shift work. You will be working in a treatment facility that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You must be able to perform Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) techniques to manage challenging behaviors.
