Role Overview

The Senior Engineer, Software will set the software architecture, specify, design, implement, and support the software for pipeline inspections, application frameworks, and base components. This role ensures adherence to architectural, test-driven, and clean code principles by leading and reviewing junior developers' work.

  • Develop innovative object-oriented high-quality software using C# and adapt existing software to meet evolving needs.
  • Design and specify the architecture of developed software individually and collaboratively with other developers within and across teams.
  • Contribute to the self-organizing Scrum Team, ensuring adherence to architectural, test-driven, and clean code principles.
  • Coach and train team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain close coordination with the Product Owner to ensure high customer satisfaction and take ownership of the software.
  • Provide maintenance and user support for developed software.
  • Stay up-to-date with development practices in the industry.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related education.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, including C# and .Net.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with UI / Frontend Development and WPF.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
