Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide accurate and timely support to our Investment Advisors. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and support, including product knowledge, advisor support, transaction management, and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all RPIA product offerings to provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Advisor Support: Respond efficiently to Investment Advisor queries, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication.
- Transaction Management: Assist with subscription and redemption requests, including handling exceptions and processing trade corrections.
- Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is complete and proactively following up on any missing information to maintain compliance.

Critical Competencies:
- Service Excellence – Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely support to Investment Advisors, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
- Technical Proficiency – Demonstrate a strong understanding of investment products, transactions, and CRM systems to manage data efficiently and support advisors effectively.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative – Anticipate potential challenges, resolve issues proactively, and seek continuous improvements in processes and service delivery.
- Attention to Detail – Maintain accuracy in transaction processing, onboarding documentation, and CRM management to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in client support in the financial services, investment, or related industry, ideally with knowledge of advisor practice management.
- Proven experience working with a CRM system, with experience in data management and reporting.
