Responsibilities
  • Represent the company among consultants, engineers, architects, construction professionals, suppliers, and laboratories to promote our CRS products.
  • Inform and educate clients on our products and assist them in developing specifications for civil, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
  • Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones with professionals to ensure our products appear in project specifications according to assigned objectives.
  • Manage territory sales budgets according to company objectives.
  • Propose special product presentations and launch new products.
  • Provide training on our products and communicate with clients to address technical questions, influencing their purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with our CRS specialists (sales, technical services) and communicate with the CRS product line manager.
  • Regularly perform sales and project development follow-up activities.
  • Review sales and activity development in the territory and report to management.
  • Utilize CRM and construction information software to obtain project information and leads.
