Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Laborer to join our team at Immigrate. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Unload Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and setting up scaffolding and other equipment.
  • Assist Tradespersons: Support carpenters, bricklayers, and other tradespersons in their work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend to and feed machines and equipment used in construction, such as mixers, compressors, and pumps.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
  • Punctuality: Demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions.
